Fitness has been a part of my life throughout my entire adulthood. What began as a personal passion grew into a calling, and at the age of 50, I decided to turn that passion into a career. I earned my certification as a personal trainer through ISSA, along with a specialization in functional training, and I have now been training clients for 5 years.
Starting my career later in life has given me a unique perspective—I understand the challenges of aging, balancing responsibilities, and maintaining long-term proactive health. My goal is to educate clients that it’s never too late to take control of your fitness and health to feel strong, confident, and capable at any age.
I am fully invested in each and every one of my clients, and I feel humbled and grateful to be part of their journey. Watching them gain strength, build confidence, and achieve milestones—big or small—it is the most rewarding part of what I do.
I am dedicated to helping others unlock their potential, improve their quality of life, and embrace fitness as a lifelong journey.
