 1. What to expect during a PEMF therapy session?

During a PEMF session you simply relax on a treatment mat, in a private setting, fully clothed. It’s painless, non-invasive and many people find it very calming. For anyone currently under the care of an RMT or Physiotherapist, PEMF therapy is a great adjunct to boost your treatment outcomes.

 2. What is ARRC LED light therapy and how is it different from traditional red light therapy?

Standard Red light therapy (RLT) involves exposing the body to low-wavelength red or near-infrared light to support healing and reduce inflammation. You’ll often see red light therapy devices marketed for skin health, pain relief, or muscle recovery.

ARRC LED Photobiomodulation (Advanced Rejuvenation and Recovery Chambers) PBM therapy is a premium, clinical-grade system that uses advanced red and near-infrared light panels. What makes it stand out:

Higher power output for deeper tissue penetration
Multiple wavelengths delivered at once for comprehensive benefits
Whole-body treatment (you lie in a chamber that treats the entire body evenly)
Developed using research-based protocols for everything from skin repair to neuroregeneration and chronic pain relief. PBM is more clinical, with clearly studied protocols, wavelengths, and outcomes.
It’s not just about skin-deep benefits—it supports deep tissue healing, neurological recovery, pain reduction, and inflammation control.

3. What is a Salt Room?

Our Salt Room uses dry salt therapy (Halotherapy) to support respiratory and skin health. Sessions are private and can accomodate groups up to 4 people. As you relax in the room, micro-particles of salt are dispersed into the air and breathed in, helping to clear airways, reduce inflammation, and improve skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It’s a calming and natural treatment that supports overall wellness. Comfortable clothing is fine, salt won’t damage your clothes. You may want to expose affected skin areas (arms or legs) for added benefit.

4. What is DNA Life Print Analysis?

DNA Life Print analysis is the most comprehensive DNA testing for health and wellness. This test helps you understand how your genes may influence various aspects of your health, such as:

• Nutrition (how your body processes carbs, fats, vitamins, etc.)

• Fitness (your muscle type, injury risk, recovery speed)

• Detoxification (how your liver detoxes and handles toxins)

• Hormone and metabolic function

• Mental wellness (including predisposition to stress, anxiety, etc.)

How it works:

You provide a saliva sample, which gets sent off to the lab to analyze to identify gene variants related to health. Based on this, we provide personalized reports with suggestions on:

• Diet and supplement needs

• Ideal exercise strategies

• Lifestyle choices to support long-term wellness

• Risk factors to monitor and discuss with your healthcare provider
