What is XTRACT lymphatic drainage, and how is it different?
XTRACT is a proprietary, hands-on lymphatic technique that supports healthy fluid movement and tissue decongestion. Unlike general massage or basic lymphatic methods, XTRACT uses targeted sequences to address areas of stagnation and may be paired with brief vibration plate sessions for post-treatment activation. (Wellness service; not a medical treatment.)
How does ARRC red-light therapy work and what are the benefits?
Red-light (photobiomodulation) delivers specific light wavelengths to the skin and tissues. Clients commonly use it to support skin clarity and tone, post-exercise recovery, and general wellness. Sessions are non-invasive and relaxing. (Results vary; not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.)
What is PEMF therapy and who is it for?
PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) gently interacts with the body using low-frequency fields. Many clients use it for relaxation, post-workout recovery routines, and overall wellness support. Sessions are comfortable and clothing-on.
What can I expect from DNA Genetic Analysis or HTMA hair analysis?
DNA Genetic Analysis: helps identify innate tendencies (e.g., nutrition, recovery, lifestyle markers) so your plan can be built around your biology.
HTMA Hair Analysis: offers a snapshot of mineral patterns over time to inform nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. These are wellness tools that guide personalization; they are not diagnostic tests.
How does the salt room (halotherapy) support wellness?
Halotherapy circulates micronized dry salt in a calm room setting. Guests choose it for relaxation and general wellness routines; many find the environment soothing for breathwork and de-stress sessions.
Do you offer skincare for acne, pigmentation, or anti-aging?
Yes. Our skin therapists customize facials and product plans (e.g., gentle exfoliation, peptides, SPF, lipid support, vitamin C) and may combine modalities like red-light to support skin goals. We’ll tailor recommendations to your sensitivity and routine.
